Payment & Refund Policy

1. Paid plans are offered as monthly or annual subscriptions and renew automatically on your billing period using your saved payment method.
2. Annual subscriptions bill 12 months up front at a 20% discount.
3. Payments are processed by Stripe, which stores your card details. Prices are in US dollars.
4. You can cancel, change your card, and download invoices yourself from Manage subscription on the Plans & Billing page.

1. Within 7 days of payment, and provided you have not used that period's paid allowance (such as premium AI chat), you receive a full refund.
2. Request a refund in Settings or at swchoi1994@gmail.com; we return it to your payment method within 3 business days of the request.

1. Monthly: no partial refunds within a billing period. On cancellation you keep access for the rest of the period and are not billed again.
2. Annual: on early cancellation we refund the balance after deducting the months used at the regular monthly rate (the annual discount does not apply to early cancellation).
3. If the Service was unavailable due to a fault on our side (a major outage), we either extend your subscription by that period or refund it pro rata.

1. You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription on the Plans & Billing page.
2. After cancelling you keep paid features until the period you already paid for ends.
3. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it on a set schedule; if no payment succeeds within the retry window, the subscription is cancelled.
