What can I do for free?+
Keep one private research project and complete one free AI comparison of 2–3 arXiv papers, with supporting quotations and Markdown export. No card required. Failed attempts allow up to two retries. Further comparisons, other AI tools and MCP require Pro. Saved results remain readable and exportable.
Do I lose my projects if I cancel?+
Your saved research projects remain available to open, edit and export. Creating additional projects and using AI tools or MCP requires an active subscription.
What happens when I change plans?+
Upgrades apply immediately and the new price is charged on your next billing date. Downgrades take effect after the current billing cycle ends.
What if I switch between annual and monthly billing?+
The new cycle applies from your next renewal. Annual plans charge 12 months upfront at a 20% discount.
How do I cancel a paid plan?+
You can cancel anytime from the Plans & Billing page. You keep full access until the end of the current billing cycle.
How do refunds work?+
If you haven't used any paid usage after payment, a refund is available. See the Payments & Refunds policy for details.
Which payment methods are supported?+
Credit and debit cards with automatic recurring billing, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout. Card details are stored securely by Stripe.
Can I get tax invoices or cash receipts?+
Receipt and tax-invoice issuance will be supported at official launch.
