What happens when I change plans?+
Upgrades apply immediately and the new price is charged on your next billing date. Downgrades take effect after the current billing cycle ends.
What if I switch between annual and monthly billing?+
The new cycle applies from your next renewal. Annual plans charge 12 months upfront at a 20% discount.
How do I cancel a paid plan?+
You can cancel anytime from the Plans & Billing page. You keep full access until the end of the current billing cycle.
How do refunds work?+
If you haven't used any paid usage after payment, a refund is available. See the Payments & Refunds policy for details.
Which payment methods are supported?+
Credit and debit cards with automatic recurring billing, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout. Card details are stored securely by Stripe.
Can I get tax invoices or cash receipts?+
Receipt and tax-invoice issuance will be supported at official launch.
